3.1 7-Day Unopened Inspection Window

If an un-deployed home purifier unit, smart ultrasonic humidifier, or premium aroma delivery system arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, displays transit damage, or deviates from your ordered technical model parameters, you may request a fresh exchange or credit replacement within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a hardware verification claim, the items must be entirely unused, unpowered, free of water residue traces or oil scent marks, and stored inside their original pristine retail packaging with all factory engineering tamper seals completely untampered.

3.2 Atmospheric Hygiene & Sanitary Exclusions

To maintain absolute sanitary security, mold prevention, and chemical purity across our spatial wellness network, any purifier or humidifier unit that has been filled with water, exposed to aromatic oil concentrates, or deployed in a residential space cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Furthermore, customized corporate custom-branded casing panels or bespoke industrial-capacity fleet orders are strictly excluded from standard returns.

3.3 Quality Verification & Financial Replenishment

Once your purification hardware or climate cargo is safely received back at our central technical distribution hub, it undergoes a rigorous diagnostic inspection, ultrasonic transducer circuit scan, and internal moisture-trace audit to confirm its original structural integrity. Approved claims are processed as immediate store wallet credits or direct financial replacements within 7-10 business days. Return logistics and secure courier arrangements for verified warehouse errors or shipment discrepancies will be fully managed and covered by Mistaroma.
